Thermoforming is a process that consists of heating polymer sheet softening it by heating a plate and then to be taken to the mold and take the desired shape.
In DIMMAT we know that the final product has to have a special handling so as not to have any imperfect in its delivery, for that reason we elaborate custom packaging trays according to the specifications and design that the client needs.
In DIMMAT we offer the elaboration of prototypes to have a better perception of the final product, as well as the elaboration of the final mold in aluminum for production.
We design, develop and manufacture packaging using thermoforming, this process allows us to offer products with better flexibility and durability, since it is done under the melting point of the polymer; This process guarantees a greater compression between the polymer and the mold, achieving a better vacuum action and as a result a product with better quality.
